On February 3rd 2022, Raja Miah M.B.E appeared for his plea hearing for alleged harassment and minor breach of the communications act at Tameside Magistrates Court. There is a difference in UK law between a hearing and a trial, basically a hearing is just to hear the parties plea, either guilty or not guilty, then a trial date is set either by magistrates or crown court. This is explained in this official document from the Ministry of Justice.

So, that being the case, any aggrieved parties or potential witnesses to a case are not needed at a plea hearing; however, under normal circumstances (Non pandemic etc etc) members of the public are allowed to attend to sit in the public gallery. On this occasion, for reasons unknown, the public gallery was closed and therefore the small group of Oldham residents/friends that turned up to lend moral support to Raja Miah were prevented from being present in court and remained outside for the duration of the proceedings. This had also aroused the suspicions of an online blogger totally independent and unrelated to this case who we understand is a trainee solicitor who had simply turned up on the day to watch and study cases, as is the norm for trainees, here is her own, very independent take on this.

Enter the opinions and rantings of the 'Malicious Blogger' Neil Wilby, with a history of libel, all exposed on other pages. This time with claims of witness intimidation against a witness for the prosecution who, according to the above link had not only no need to be there, but is also someone who has a very close personal relationship with Mr Wilby. Wilby has subsequently, now written another of his infamous fictions about the circumstances in this case.

Firstly, he refers to the supporting members of the public referenced above as 'a group who self style' as a 'rabble' or 'Raja's Rabble', It seems his memory is fading a little since he was in fact the person who first coined that phrase and used it as a derogatory way of referring to the people of Oldham who were protesting about C.S.E and grooming cover up allegations in Oldham.

Why would a group of anti C.S.E and corruption campaigners style themselves as such? Instead, they now adopt that name as a condescending nod to Wilby!

According to Wilby, a couple of these 'rabble' outside the court building were intimidating the aforementioned witness by photographing their vehicle and registration - incidentally a vehicle that said witness has previously posted photographs of, including it's private number plate on social media. Moreover, the so called 'intimidators' were actually wanting to know why people in this vehicle had started to video and photograph this small group of supporters in the first place. If used in the same context as above,  how is this not witness intimidation? In fact in an article, Wilby states that the so called intimidators were photographed and videoed and their names passed to authorities - this actually gives strength to the supporters claims that they were being videoed and photographed!

Now let's talk intimidation.....

In various posts on social media, by @Neil_Wilby, one of his alter ego's @uPSDGMP and several of his supporters such as @DansOntheSnow and @RustyWheelz is where the real intimidation starts!

@RustyWheelz is no stranger to intimidation, as he thinks it's funny to use a photograph of the building Raja Miah lives in as his twitter banner! Further, a combination of the above have been posting photographs of the members of the public who were waiting outside Tameside Magistrates and naming them on social media! So, the final question is...  were witnesses needed at the hearing or was it part of a tactic to intimidate? Where was the real intimidation, because when you look at the actual evidence and not simply take the word of a malicious blog, things start to look very different.

Apparently the 'malicious blogger' seeks recognition and credit to his articles if linked, so here it is.

oddly it also says no reproduction but has buttons to like and share it on Twitter and Facebook, along with a "begging message" and a PayPal link! Go figure, as one of his favourite derogatory slurs refers to people with golden begging bowls! How he can keep a straight face when using the phrase "harassing, defamatory output" is beyond us when he's the one with a history of libel and malice!

The following screenshots from social media show the intimidation referenced above, as always, make your own minds up.
