The words 'crazed attack dog' seem a little over the top when first viewed, however, all will soon become clear. There was a clue to what was to come when at a recent council meeting, the leader of Oldham Council decided to quote a phrase from an article by 'Malicious Blogger' Neil Wilby -  was it an indication of things to come or pure coincidence? You decide.

There are so many elements to this set of circumstances that it is difficult where to begin, but lets start with Mr Wilby's track record of malice. Although now deleted, Wilby used to run a website called "The Unprofessional Standards Department" which used the acronym "uPSD". 
Under that flag, he completely ruined a man's life! Wilby made it public that an innocent man was not only a paedophile but also suggested that he was involved with Jimmy Saville in his campaign of abuse. This innocent man was terrorised to the extent that he could not sleep and was so frightened, he sat awake on his stairs with buckets of water because he was terrified that vigilantes would burn down his house with his family in it! I do not think it is an exaggeration to suggest that this could have easily driven many people to end their own life, I would also suggest that such a heinous crime should have resulted in jail time instead of the rather low (under the circumstances) fine that Wilby was given!

Not content with ruining one life under the guise of "Investigative Journalism",  Wilby struck again, where according to newspaper reports not only was he subject to injunctions, it is reported that one of Wilby's victims... "received a telephone threat from a man who said he knew where he lived and who vowed to ‘get’ him, his wife and family. He was later told by police that, when they raided the man’s home, they found an improvised explosive device and a police uniform."  In this same article, Wilby was labelled as a "Malicious Blogger"

Was the above behaviour an indicator of something else? 

More recently, Wilby had dedicated himself to attempting to bring to task shortcomings and alleged corruptions within various police forces and certain politicians including Andy Burnham, as well as various C.S.E issues where he has claimed to be working with Maggie Oliver. Under this flag, until recently he was completely on side with Oldham blogger and campaigner Raja Miah and had made more than the odd comment regarding Oldham council leader Sean Fielding.


At this stage I am going to introduce pieces of a jigsaw, it's not hard to put it together. Unlike Mr Wilby, we are only going to deal in facts.  Despite the obvious contempt of all things Burnham and Fielding from the above pictures, I think it is quite clear what Wilby's feelings are towards Mr Fielding, yet oddly, in a reply to Councillor Brian Hobin (please remember that name) in a full council meeting dated 9th September 2020 where Cllr Hobin questioned the CSE allegations within the borough, Fielding chose to quote Wilby! The man who had been his critic!  But it gets more curious.

The Big 180

Almost as if this was an indicator of an arrangement, like a secret bursting from a child's mouth, was this comment by Fielding a giveaway? Because all of a sudden, Neil Wilby performed a complete 180. In an instant he was turning on his friends of many years including respected GMP Whistleblower Peter Jackson. He started to credit Andy Burnham and now seemed to be Sean Fielding's friend! He also took a nasty swipe at Cllr Brian Hobin, a man who he didn't even know. This was not a gradual redaction of old beliefs, this was an overnight tyre screeching handbrake turn of a 180.

Odd behaviour? Let us not forget, this "Malicious Blogger" has had court action taken against him previously for his bullying. Just to put together the pieces, Wilby does a sudden 180 with regards any wrongdoing of Oldham Council as it also becomes clear that his very good friend Gail Hadfield Grainger, widow of Anthony Grainger, shot dead by GMP in 2012 is also a "Good Friend" of Deputy Leader of Oldham Council,  Arooj Shah, a link further endorsed by the fact that both people also have ties to gang members and Irish Imy, ex getaway driver for cop killer Dale Cregan! But it gets even more curious;  another critic of Oldham Council on Twitter that also was on hospitable terms with Wilby, was an account called "Oldham Eye".

Again Wilby turned a complete 180. Calling him "The Village Idiot" when he revealed prior knowledge of Fielding maliciously contacting peoples employers, information which is now proven and in the public domain.

Strangely, during all this, a fake Twitter account was set up, it has now been removed but was an attempt to clone and discredit the real Oldham Eye account. Even odder is that when the account was first set up it only had three followers. Here are a couple of screenshots of the page header and also it's only three followers. One of them disappeared very soon after, no guesses for which one. (SF)


Earlier we referenced  "The Unprofessional Standards Department" which uses the acronym "uPSD"  Oddly, Mr Wilby has three other Twitter accounts, namely @uPSDGMP  @uPSDNYP and @uPSDWYP  Anyone familiar with Twitter will easily see the connections and find Mr Wilby regularly retweeting and liking himself and even having conversations with himself!

In the middle of this spate of behaviour, Mr Wilby was admitted to hospital for an undisclosed illness. However, he was allegedly at one point  trawling the corridors in his pyjamas and waving his press pass around, this coupled with another odd behaviour, posting pictures and sometimes comments, sometimes deleting on ladies breasts! A very odd obsession for someone with such standards as this malicious blogger alleges to have.


Not content with this, the "malicious blogger" has now started with another behaviour he has form for -  that of intimidation. This time a young female environmental protestor known to many in Oldham as Rocky Skellshaw. He has verbally abused her on a facebook page named Oldham Heart, run by one Paul Taylor who appears to have willingly provided Wilby with a platform to stage his campaign. It may be asked if this is a coincidence since Mr Taylor has political aspirations as an independent and yet has just been distanced by the anti CSE Cover up,  Proud Of..' Party and other independents.

He has also used intimidating behaviour towards her on Twitter.


The question now must also be asked, is Mr Wilby being used as a political pawn? If, encouraged by the Oldham labour council to continue on his current rampage, it will in fact bring into question all the previous good work he has done with regards Manchester, the police and indeed the mayor of GM. Looking at the evidence it seems that certain people may be taking advantage of a person who has developed mental health issues. They say politics is a dirty business. We are also in touch with some of Mr Wilby's long time real life friends and they have been expressing severe concern about his mental wellbeing.

To conclude, this begs another question, if the above is the case, what sort of morals do people have where they manipulate such a person purely to serve their own ends, be it politically, financially or power motivated, and are they the sorts of people you want to have any degree of control in a town or city?
