As has been stated in a previous blog, the stability and integrity of so called investigative journalist Neil Wilby is questionable in the very least. This is the same 'journalist' and 'malicious blogger' who ruined an innocent mans life by publicly outing him as a paedophile and crime partner of Jimmy Saville. Link to newspaper report below.

Also in a previous blog, we tried to analyse the complete 180 that Wilby had turned with regards his allegiance to Oldham Council and the various allegations against it, and it's leader Sean Fielding. Wilby is now even excusing the infamous 'Captain Underpants' tweet by Fielding where he displayed his ripped underwear along with his sexual fantasies at the same time that CSE allegations regarding Oldham were very much in the public eye.
In his defence of such an act by said council leader, he has also seen fit to crop the tweet image, cutting out the added text, before excusing it. We all know what media manipulation is, and at least to myself, this seems to be the case here. One could almost say, you are not seeing the big picture.

In one of his latest diatribes, said journalist has again twisted the facts to suit his agenda and protect his master; in fact I would suggest he has outright lied, since the facts are easily found in the public domain. Strange how his lies tie in with previous excuses made by 'certain people'. Here is an excerpt from one of Neil Wilby's recent articles with the relevant points highlighted.

Regarding the first highlighted section, I fail to understand why the author has decided to omit the fact that although Rod Blyth was indeed convicted in 2019, every man and his attack dog know that there can be large chunks of time between a person being charged, and then convicted. Rod Blythe was arrested in 2017. With regards the first highlighted section, the following screenshot tells more of the truth.

On to the second section of highlighted text, firstly, a question... You are the leader of a County Council, or you are a leader of a towns political party; a member of your staff gets arrested for child sex offences - not only that but the police seize various materials including said staff members laptop, and yet you have no knowledge of it? Oddly, this same question was put to Council Leader Sean Fielding along with requests for what steps had been taken with regards Rod Blyth's contact within various departments of Oldham council. His reply was rather revealing, please see the highlighted section.
I would also question the motives as to why Mr Wilby would specifically target ex councillor Mohib Udin in his twisted regurgitation of the facts, unless of course, it is to target a known associate of Raja Miah in a futile attempt to discredit the messenger, which, is a regularly used labour council tactic, if you can't deny the facts, discredit the source. However, in this case, a question, if a member of staff in ANY business was arrested for paedophilia and work related items were seized as a part of an ongoing investigation, is it fair to expect that only higher management would be in possession of the details of said investigation? Would it be a matter of discretion and a management decision as to if any of the regular staff were informed? I don't think that's an unreasonable assumption, so why is this malicious blogger only pointing the finger at one ex councillor? Because it suits an agenda!
Mr Wilby might also try checking if Mr Udin was a councillor at the time.

"...all appropriate safeguarding actions were taken when the council was informed of the investigation."
"...Informed of the investigation"? The investigation leading to the conviction that they had no knowledge of until it entered the public domain, so using 'psychic powers' they took safeguarding actions over something they had no knowledge of?
I think a certain attack dog needs to get back in his basket.
