In 2014, "Malicious Blogger" Neil Wilby made accusations accusing a serving police officer of being a child abuser and of being in league with serial abuser Jimmy Saville, this is a matter of Record and is reported fully in the following news article.

Oddly, he has threatened legal action online several times and claims he has reported people for slandering him when referring to him as a proven liar and a malicious blogger, is libel not lies? Does the court case not refer to him as a malicious blogger?

More can be found on our previous 2 blogs about his erratic behaviour. Recently however there's been more. Wilby and his follower, one @MrEuanStewart have for a quite long period of time made a habit of harassing individuals and political parties on twitter, the rather cowardly Euan deleting, then restricting, then opening his twitter account again because he can't handle the repercussions of his silly antics, and @Neil_Wilby making more ridiculous statements by the day! Recently he made claim that he had access to the IP addresses of people on twitter, he also claimed it revealed postcodes. I will crush this rumour right now, Twitter would not reveal private information to a disgruntled "Malicious Blogger" and if it did, the information would only reveal origin town, not the address, so a further access to the ISP would be needed, again a disgruntled "Malicious Blogger" would not have access to that information by legal means, therefore he is either lying (again) or has had a contact in very high authority break the law on many many levels on his behalf (doubtful) The following leads us to believe it was the former.

In approx May 2021 a malicious spoof account was set up by persons unknown to torment Wilby, what it actually does is to treat him in the way he has treated others, which he certainly doesn't like!

Remember that poor policeman? We have no idea if the above is true or not, nor is this an approval of the posting, but it does carry a lot of irony! Now for the "Malicious Blogger" claiming to have access to ip addresses, we think he would be more encouraged to use this facility with regards someone making the above claims as opposed to someone simply tormenting, but so far, the person now referred to as "Willboobies" due to a number of tweets referencing women's breasts has pointed the finger at several people including members of the Proud Of Oldham & Saddleworth party, ex detective Peter Jackson and the twitter account OldhamEye. When this is revealed to be incorrect, I wonder how quickly the apologies will come?

In conclusion, this all comes from a person who claims to be a respected journalist, who has previous for libel and being a "Malicious blogger" and who in fact has been reprimanded by twitter on several occasions across his several twitter id's which he uses to peddle hate, like, retweet and even talk to himself, namely @Neil_Wilby @uPSDGMP @uPSDNYP @uPSDWYP The uPSD stands for "UnProfessional Standards Department" as quoted in his libel judgement. For clarity the image on the right is Wilby retweeting a tweet by himself replying to himself, confused? So is he!
